Pack with Care
Securely place your items in their original boxes, ensuring all seals are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the package.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return for hygiene compliance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
